Terms of Service for Mentysia

1. Introduction

Welcome to Mentysia at mentysia.club, provider of mindset and emotional mastery courses. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our services, digital products and physical products (collectively, “Offerings”). By placing an order or accessing any Offering, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Scope of Offerings

2.1 Professional Services

Our professional services include one-on-one coaching, group workshops and live training sessions focused on mindset and emotional mastery. Details of each service, including duration, format and fees, will be specified in the service description.

2.2 Digital Products

Digital Products include downloadable courses, e-guides and online modules. Access rights, if any, will be outlined in your purchase confirmation.

2.3 Physical Products

Physical Products, if offered, comprise tangible items such as books and printed workbooks. Shipping details and any handling charges will be communicated at checkout.

3. Pricing and Payment

All fees are denominated in the currency displayed at checkout. Payment must be completed prior to access. We accept payment by major payment providers as indicated at the time of purchase.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Services

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled session may be rescheduled at no additional charge. Requests for cancellations less than 24 hours before the session start provide no refund, as preparation and scheduling commitments have already been fulfilled. No refunds will be issued after a session has begun.

4.2 Digital Products

For Digital Products you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not accessed more than 25% of the content. Refunds will be processed to your original payment instrument within 7 business days of approval. Access will be revoked upon completion of the refund.

4.3 Physical Products

You may return Physical Products within 30 days of delivery, unused and in original condition. Returns must be initiated via Contact Page. We will issue a refund to your original payment instrument within 14 business days of receiving the returned item. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

4.4 No-Refund Services

Certain elite or bespoke coaching packages and limited-capacity retreats are sold as non-refundable due to the commitment of taking places and resources. These offerings will be clearly marked as “no-refund” at the point of sale, and you will be required to acknowledge this prior to purchase.

5. Rescheduling and Transfers

Requests to reschedule professional services must be made at least 24 hours in advance. For Digital Products and Physical Products there is no option to transfer content or items to another recipient once purchase is complete.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided in connection with any Offering are owned by Mentysia or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mentysia’s liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or any Offering is limited to the amount received by Mentysia for the relevant Offering.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Zurich.
